ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs an Account Representative for Tatiana Vogelaar State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. ABOUT THE AGENCYState Farm office in the heart of Sherman Oaks, where we've been proudly serving our community for 9+ years! - Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Spanish speaking preferred.
- Strong communication skills a must.
- Detail-oriented and ability to multitask.
Compensation $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
